Sleep Sounds is an iOS app that provides natural and ambient sound content to help users improve their sleep quality. The app offers two usage levels: free and premium.
By using the app, you agree to comply with the following rules:
You can purchase a subscription to access premium features:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device’s App Store settings.
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged to your account 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial period is offered, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan when the trial period ends. If you cancel during the trial period, no charges will be applied.
All purchases are subject to Apple App Store policies. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
All sound files, images, design, and software within the app are owned by or licensed to Octo8. They are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
Sleep Sounds is a relaxation tool only and does not constitute medical advice. The app is provided “as is.” We do not accept liability in the following cases:
We reserve the right to update these terms of use at any time. Important changes will be notified through the app. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction for disputes.
